Finally found the long lost feeling of sore muscles after dance practices, but this is worst than that....
Mon: GYM Tues: 2 HOURS OF BADMINTON Wed: GYM
Omg, can you just imagine how sore my muscles are? Think I lost weight? No, it remained the same as the first day of gym I started, probably because of the fats turning muscles kind of thing...=p
But I'm pretty sure the workout did me some good, I feel the ache, ie: my muscles were really working!!! Congrats~ And my lower abdomen is now flat! Woots! Three cheers man! All thanks to the mat exercises I did! Amazing effect it did but trust me, it was super strenous esp today!
You should see me walk today, funny and my little bro laughed at me because I had difficulty sitting down due to butt ache. And not able to walk properly due to calf ache. =(
Anyway, now time for some unglam moments on the camera! PS: I've learnt tt I look super pale after this badminton game. And true enough, I look omg in these pics! =D
