Long time since I last updated!!! Not much things to blog about nowadays, school's as boring and stressful as ever with all specialised human resource topics. The sudden realisation of many projects to complete makes me frustrated as well. The only thing to look forward to: Poly Forum which is in like, September? Haix...A long list of rantings to go, but life's just like that isn't it? Things won't always go the way you want it to, and just when you thought you held that thing tightly in your hands, it flies away and disappear into thin air, just like those helium balloons disappearing into the sky.
The best thing I have:
a pair of GREAT sisters
an understanding "Bro"
a bunch of great classmates
and finally,
a nice caring MUM whom I'm starting to think that she's great
It's never easy communicating with someone who's like 40 plus years older than you, but I did that, ever since poly started, the time I hang out with her increased too. I opened up to her because I wanted a great mum and daughter relationship, I should say, it's really great having a mum like her who listens to you, gives her advice and emphatise with you. All my stuff about BGR, friends, class, school and whatever about me was shared with her. AND I'm super glad that she didn't nag or scold me or whatever negative response I used to think she'd give.
Ever since that incident she stayed up with me to finish my project, talked to me about BGR, it's really nice to have someone at home to talk to. It touches me when she foregoes her sleep and talk to me in my room, though there're times she gets nasty, most of the time she's good. I LOVE YOU MUM, and I guess this is a belated Mother's day post, but it's just because this topic came into my mind when blogging, so I decided to share this. Used to think mum's bad because she's super strict on me, but it's recently that she started letting me out with friends and all, partially because of the unhappiness I had been through recently but also because I was super truthful with her, telling her who I'm going out with and the time I'd be back. Guess it's all these that makes a family wonderful.
